Aaron Bradley is the Director of the East Tennessee Area Agency on Aging and Disability, a Division of the ETHRA. His career in gerontology spans more than 4 decades. Aaron currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Tennessee Federation for the Aging and the Southeastern Association of Area Agencies.
He is also President of the Tennessee Association of Area Agencies on Aging and Disability and currently serves on the USAging Board of Directors. He was also chosen to serve as a Delegate at the White House Conference On Aging.
As a lifelong advocate for older adults, Aaron has organized and hosted the Tennessee Elder Justice Conference for more than 20 years. In 2021, he was the Professional Recipient of the John J. Duncan, Sr. “Award for Senior Advocacy.”
Aaron was instrumental in gaining support for the recent passing of the Silver Alert legislation and continues to lead Tennessee’s Elder Justice Initiative and advocate for Older Tennesseans.
