Angie Morehead is the Northwest CREVAA Advocate Regional program Manager for the Northwest TN Area Agency on Aging and has been employed by the Development District Area Agency on Aging since 2008. She began her career as an Assistant budget analysist for 10 years where she was later promoted in 2018 to CREVAA Advocate Program or the Collaborative response to Elder and Vulnerable Adult Abuse.  She has gained many roles over the years including special aging projects, research, grant writing, statistic reporting, efficiency training, strategic planning, advocacy, and quality assurance of aging programs.  Angie is now a passionate Elder Advocate who focuses on bringing healing and some form of justice for victims of crime.  Angie is active with the Vulnerable Adult Protective Investigative Teams and serves as member at Large for the Tennessee Vulnerable Adult Coalition and a partner to the statewide Coordinated Community Response Team.  Angie is also AIRS certified in the TN alliance of information and Referrals and is the elder abuse representative for the Tennessee Federation on Aging. She brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise in the aging network.  She is a South Fulton TN native and is a graduate of Murray State University with a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Communication.
