Danny W. Fay earned his Bachelors of Science in Criminal Justice and Minors in Psychology and Sociology from Middle TN State University in 1995. Danny began his Law Enforcement Career in 1995. He has worked with various local, State and Federal Agencies involved in numerous high-profile cases that resulted in convictions in both the State and Federal Courts of Law. He has been involved in working various assignments throughout his career including Drug Awareness, D.A.R.E., Community Oriented Policing Services, Bicycle Patrol, Criminal Investigation of People and Property Crimes, Narcotics Investigation, West and East TN Meth Task Force, TBI Criminal Investigation Division for West and East TN Regions of TN, Polygraph Examiner for East TN Region of TBI, Medicaid Fraud Control Division Agent for EAST TN Region and EVOC/CQC/Firearms Instructor for TBI. Danny is also a member of the crisis intervention team and coordinator for the East TN Peer Support Team. Danny lives in Cleveland, TN with his wife Tiffany. They have a son who is still in college and a daughter/son-in-law that live in Knoxville.
