Rebekah Parkhurst currently serves a Deputy General Counsel for the Tennessee Department of Human Services.  Prior to coming to the Department, Rebekah worked at the Tennessee Attorney General’s Office for nine years, representing the Department of Revenue, Human Services, and Children’s Services in litigation brought against the Departments, appeals, and civil litigation filed against tobacco product manufacturers and wholesalers.  Rebekah graduated from Appalachian School of Law in 2005 magna cum laude.
