Ryan Hicks is the Senior Associate General Counsel and State Public Guardian Coordinator for the Tennessee Commission on Aging and Disability. In these roles, he advises the agency on legal issues as they arise, oversees the agency’s contracts, and administers the Public Guardianship for the Elderly Program. Prior to joining TCAD, Ryan served in TennCare’s Office of General Counsel.   Ryan was born and raised in Knoxville, and he now resides in Lebanon with his wife, 3 kids (ages 12, 3, and 1), and 2 dogs.
